Grrrrr. I feel terrible today. Of course I’ve done it to myself. No, not drink. Food. A person should only eat so many “goodies” anyhow. But, I’m also sensitive to gluten and dairy, which I know and generally limit, if not avoid.
But, it is sooooo tough to say No to all the yummy Christmas food. I may have to live on salad and water for a few days though. (Which is also good for my waistline!) Fortunately, I know if I start eating smarter again, I will feel much better tomorrow.
